Kasha's aim & philosophy
Bellydancing is an ancient art form.
At Tribalrose Bellydance my philosophy is that all women embody the Sacred Feminine and all women are born to love their bodies and dance this beautiful, mystical dance of the soul.
My primary aim though teaching this dance discipline is to cultivate every woman's unique and individual creative expression, while developing their personal leadership qualities and effective following skills through the group improvisation dynamic.
Regular bellydancing is wonderful for your general fitness and wellbeing, body sculpting and conditioning, as well as being spiritually uplifting and fun.
Tribal style bellydance is also lovely way to experience the connectedness of all women and form lasting friendships through the "tribe" style group mentality.
Bellydancing is a realm of pure feminine power, confidence and sensuality. Beautiful physical movements that combined form a delicate and strong dance form that can be shared among generations of women.
Fuelled by spontaneity, passion and a deep sense of fun, I believe this dance has the ability to heal the many distortions women have regarding body image, as well as mend and glorify each individual dancer's heart, and the feminine psyche as a whole.
